How can I track my order? Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a text message from our partner courier company with tracking information. Customers can track their order after 12-18 hours of dispatch by entering their tracking number on the courier's website. Delivery personnel are instructed to contact customers at the time of delivery, so please ensure the contact number provided in your shipping details is accurate and accessible.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, COD is available on orders within Pakistan.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? Please share photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery & send the item back to us; we’ll replace or refund. See Return & Refund Policy (link) for more details.
What payment methods do you accept? Bank Transfer & CoD (Cash on Delivery)
Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 24hours of your purchase, the sooner the better. Orders that are dispatched can not be cancelled.
