Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Shipping Locations: We ship to all cities across Pakistan

Delivery Time:

  - Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad etc.): 2-5 working days
  - Remote or less accessible areas: up to 7 working days

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping:

  - Free shipping on orders above Rs 7,499
  - For orders under Rs 7499, a flat fee of Rs 250 will be charged
  - Cash on Delivery (COD) option available

Courier Partners & Tracking:

We use trusted couriers (e.g. TCS, Leopards etc.). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.

Damaged / Lost Packages:

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If product is damaged, defective, or wrong:

The claimed item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition

Returned items must be shipped back to our warehouse within 3-4 days of the delivery date 

If claim is approved, we will either replace the item or offer full refund
