Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are accepted only if:
1) the product is defective.
2) wrong item received.
3) missing piece.
Time Frame: You must file a claim within 24 hours of delivery date by contacting at +92 3070222484, & submitting pictures along with the order number. Any claims raised after 24 hours of delivery date will not be accepted.
Condition: Product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags and seals intact.
Return Period: Returned items must be shipped back to our warehouse within 3-4 days of the delivery date
Customer Responsibility: The items being returned are the customer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse. They should be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to original mode of payment within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned item.
Exchange: Replacement with the same product and shade is preferred. For a different product or shade, please contact our Customer Service team at +92 307 0222484 to discuss the possibilities
Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24hours of your purchase, the sooner the better. Orders that are dispatched can not be cancelled.
